HOW OUR SHIPPING WORKS
Beautybond.co operates as a curated beauty destination powered by a global
dropshipping model. When you place an order, it is forwarded directly to our
trusted international suppliers, who package and ship your items directly to
you. This allows us to offer an extensive, ever-fresh product selection at
competitive prices.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses —
primarily located in China and other international fulfillment centers.
Tracking information is automatically synced to your order confirmation
email once your item has shipped.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is
confirmed. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or
high-demand periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a
tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.
The total time from order to delivery = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your
tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Tracking information
may take 3–7 business days to become active after your shipment
confirmation email is sent — this is normal while the package is in transit
between the warehouse and the carrier's sorting facility.
You can track your order at any time by visiting the Order Status page on
Beautybond.co or by using the tracking number directly on the carrier's
website.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Beautybond.co ships to most countries worldwide. However, some products
may not be available for shipment to certain regions due to supplier or carrier
restrictions. Destination-specific availability is displayed at checkout.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to
import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your country's
customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and
are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. We
recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
In the event that an item is held at customs, we encourage you to contact your
local customs office directly. If required, we can provide documentation or
commercial invoices to assist with clearance.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally
occur due to factors outside our control, including:
High shipping volumes during holidays or major sale events; customs
inspections or processing delays; severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier
disruptions; incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout;
remote delivery areas with limited carrier access.
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the shipment date, please
contact our support team at support@beautybond.co and we will investigate
and provide a resolution.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Lost Packages: If your package is officially declared lost by the carrier,
Beautybond.co will issue a full refund or arrange a replacement shipment at
no additional cost to you.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item
and packaging immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will
assess the damage and offer a replacement or appropriate refund.
Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us with a
photo of what was received and your order number. We will reship the correct
item or issue a full refund.

number and photos when reporting any issue to ensure the fastest
resolution.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Beautybond.co is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect
address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your
order, contact us immediately at support@beautybond.co — we can only
make address changes before the order has been dispatched.
